Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries through voice, email, and chat support channels.
Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Accurately enter, update, and manage customer information across multiple systems and databases.
Troubleshoot customer concerns, provide appropriate resolutions, and escalate complex issues when required.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 pass-out batches.
Arts & Science graduates only.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the US Shift.
