Job Description (Pune):

• Candidate should have prior experience in Home Loan or Mortgages.
• Should have good understanding of Mortgage Industry & nature of property in his geographies.
• Ensuring the Sales targets are meet on monthly basis.
• Ensuring portfolio Quality and delinquency is under control.
• Managing Teams productivity through continuous support and mentoring.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 5 years in Mortgage/Home Loan Sales sourcing through DSA Channel
• Should possess sound financial knowledge
• Should have mortgage product knowledge

Job Description (Mumbai & Visakhapatnam):

• Sale of products of mortgage i.e. Home Loan, Business Loan, Loan against Property, etc through DSA and open Market Channel.
• Analyzing the creditworthiness of the customers by visiting the residence and business location and taking market feedback
• Maintaining, nurturing and deepening relationships with existing clients.
