Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • The program spans over 18 months and consists of three six-month rotations (3*6) across different departments like Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering/Data Virtualization, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation ( Test/Infrastructure), Agile Project Management & Product Development
  • Each Impact grad gets to specialize in 3-4 of the areas mentioned above in their 18 months of on-the-job training. Post training, they will be allocated to any one of the tech areas they specialized in as each rotation is carefully crafted to provide recent graduates with exposure to diverse projects, technologies, and roles, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
  • Through these rotations, participants will gain invaluable insights into different areas of technology while honing their skills and building a strong foundation for their career. Through structured training, mentorship, and 3 different project-based and work experience assignments, you will develop a solid foundation in energy research, gain insights into industry best practices, and contribute to solving real-world challenges.

  • The role is focused on the development and delivery of solutions and core software products, turning change requests into technical designs and implementations that enhance existing functionality and add new capabilities, as well as continuously improving aspects of the core product architecture.
  • All team members are responsible for the delivery into production and ensure performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fresher with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or another analytical/technical subject (Passing year 2025)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Willing to work in 24*5 rotational shift depending on the business requirement.
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in software development and delivery and a demonstrable ability to quickly understand and apply new technical concepts and frameworks.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in .NET
  • Familiarity with database concepts
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code principles, and design patterns
  • Knowledge of techniques like unit testing, pair programming, code reviews, etc.
