What are we looking for?
- Hands on experience with Commercial Real Estate Market USA
- Hands on experience on Rent Roll / Income & Expenses Statement
- Hands on experience on Financial Statement Analysis
- Should be experience in preparing Risk Rating Memo (Annual Review)
- Should have strong communication and email writing skills
- Should be well versed with basics of Excel
