What are we looking for?

1. Hands on experience with Commercial Real Estate Market USA
2. Hands on experience on Rent Roll / Income & Expenses Statement
3. Hands on experience on Financial Statement Analysis
4. Should be experience in preparing Risk Rating Memo (Annual Review)
5. Should have strong communication and email writing skills
6. Should be well versed with basics of Excel

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
