Job Description:
- Loan Dept-Administer complete loan lifecycle including origination, disbursement, repayment tracking, amortization, and reconciliation.
- Money Out-Process distributions, rollovers, hardship withdrawals, RMDs, QDROs, death benefits, and loan amortization activities.
- Deconversion-Manage end-to-end deconversion and recordkeeping transitions, ensuring accurate and compliant plan data transfer.
- Conversion-Lead retirement plan onboarding, 401(k) implementation, and data conversion projects from initiation to go-live.
- Payroll Integration-Handle payroll file testing, mapping, setup, remittance processing, and seamless 401(k) payroll integration.
- Deposit Administration-Oversee cash and contribution processing, EFTs/wires, reconciliation, fund allocation, and general ledger balancing.
- Client Services-Provide end-to-end plan sponsor support, stakeholder coordination, Form 5500 assistance, and CRM-based client servicing.
- NIGO Processing-Manage NIGO cases through exception handling, resolution tracking, trend analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
- Regulatory Services/Form 5500/Audit Packets-Prepare audit packages, Form 5500 filings, compliance reports, and regulatory documentation support.
- Compliance Testing-Perform nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, 402(g), 415(c), Top Heavy) and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines.
- Data Corrections / QDRO-Execute participant data corrections, beneficiary updates, forfeiture restorations, and QDRO withdrawal processing.
- Individual Product Support-Support IRA and annuity products including enrollments, beneficiary updates, tax reporting, death claims, and reconciliation.
- Group Doc Issuance-Draft and issue SPDs, adoption agreements, amendments, and group annuity documentation with regulatory compliance.
- Individual Doc Issuance-Prepare and manage individual annuity contracts, amendments, certificates, and pension documentation.
- Doc Services / Group Pension UW-Handle plan amendments, mergers, transfer checklists, final documents, and summary material modifications using RELIUS/EASY.
- Employer Records-Maintain employer plan records, enrollments, amendments, and fee structure updates within system platforms.
- Employee Retirement Benefits-Administer employee retirement benefit plans ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and participant lifecycle management.
