Job Description:

Assistant Managers Sales are part of the Bank’s frontline sales force. Their primary responsibility is to acquire new corporate salary accounts and explore new business opportunities. They sell products and services to employees of corporates based on their needs and maintain strong customer relationships. They also handle queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities for corporate salary accounts by building new relationships with corporates.
  • Manage business relations with existing corporate customers to deepen relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the organization.
  • Conduct market enhancement activities within corporates to boost business.
  • Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and financial services legislation.

Qualifications

PG Graduation from a recognized institute.

Role Proficiencies

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local language.
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with high sales orientation to consistently achieve targets.
