Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Spring Framework).
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and modern frontend tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, and deployment.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4.5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, especially with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related frameworks.
• Solid experience in React.js, along with Redux, Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or similar tools.
