Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial records, including general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and month end closing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to record-to-report (RTR) processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues related to financial reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR) process in BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Intercompany Accounting, Month End Closing.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate financial record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods or tight deadlines.
- NIGHT SHIFTS will be mandatory for this role .
