Job Description:
We are seeking a Process Executive for our Life and Annuities Insurance and Finance & Accounting domains. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 year of experience and proficiency in MS Excel. This role requires strong English language skills and the ability to work night shifts from our office. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and validation tasks using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Support the Finance & Accounting team with reconciliations and analysis of financial data.
- Monitor and process insurance claims ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on the status of financial processes to supervisors.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Utilize MS Excel to create and manage spreadsheets for tracking financial performance and metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company policies.
