Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle international voice process calls with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Work on a rotational shift schedule
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills development.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-11 month of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry & excellent Communication skills in (English & Hindi)
- Strong proficiency in Hindi & English Voice Processing for effective communication with customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nigh shift. Rotational Shift time and rotational week off as per BU Requirements.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing processes.
- WFO- 5 days and 2 week off.
