Preferred candidate profile:

• Fresher with excellent English communication and Hindi.
• Experience with 1-3 years into international voice process with excellent English and Hindi communication.
• Willing to work from office 5 days.
• Willing to work in rotational shift as per process.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in reading & speaking of Bengali/Arabic/Urdu, Hindi and English.
• Should be proficient with computers and MS office
• Should be able to type 30 words per minute with preferred language.
• Should have fair knowledge above navigation on Google Maps & Geography.
• Should be able to identify the area of Opportunity and bring it to the notice of supervisor.
• Should be able to work in different shifts and locals depending on the business requirement.
• Should be able to apply the theoretical knowledge into practice

Job Description:

• Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is
  maintained
• Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
• Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics.
• Track his/her own performance need improvise based on the business requirement
• Should be able to take manage his/her own performance
• Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front.
• Should be focused to achieve 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations.
