Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Handle international voice process for various industries such as BPO, call center, etc.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Center industry (freshers welcome).
- Bachelor’s degree in Any Specialization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (if required).
