Job Description:
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Accurately enter and update data into various databases and systems.
- Maintain and organize data files and records.
- Generate reports and summaries from data.
- Perform data analysis and identify trends.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new data entry procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date on data entry best practices and technologies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with data entry software is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database languages is a plus.
