Job Description (Pune):
- Candidate should have prior experience in Home Loan or Mortgages.
- Should have good understanding of Mortgage Industry & nature of property in his geographies.
- Ensuring the Sales targets are meet on monthly basis.
- Ensuring portfolio Quality and delinquency is under control.
- Managing Teams productivity through continuous support and mentoring.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 5 years in Mortgage/Home Loan Sales sourcing through DSA Channel
- Should possess sound financial knowledge
- Should have mortgage product knowledge
Job Description (Mumbai & Visakhapatnam):
- Sale of products of mortgage i.e. Home Loan, Business Loan, Loan against Property, etc through DSA and open Market Channel.
- Analyzing the creditworthiness of the customers by visiting the residence and business location and taking market feedback
- Maintaining, nurturing and deepening relationships with existing clients.
