Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails for technical assistance.
Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and connectivity issues.
Log tickets accurately and escalate unresolved issues to the L2 team.
Follow scripts and SOPs to resolve repetitive issues efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Any graduate or 12th can also apply
Language: Fluency in English with Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam/ Hindi (any one)
