Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

  • Acquisition of high-net-worth customers in the mapped geography.
  • To know & offer various banking products to both individuals and institutional set of customers.
  • To be the subject matter expert representative face of DCB BANK for the HNW banking segment.
  • Individual role with New-to-bank customer acquisition responsibility for Liability and other banking products
  • Work as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Track & achieve of allocated goal sheet targets and performance benchmarks as per units business objectives
  • Understand various banking products and processes for both individual and institutional customer segments.
  • Monitor operational compliances & maintain business MIS thereof

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should have done HNW customer acquisition role before
  • High sales orientation/ relationship skills
  • Understanding of banking products and services
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills in both English and the local language
  • Able to manage complex client situations & multi-tasking
  • Strength to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to engage and manage all hierarchies incl CXOs / Senior leadership team of Institutional segments.
  • Experience of regulatory guidelines and norms will be great advantage
