Job Description :
- Voice Role: Primarily focused on handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls.
- Online Front-Ending
- Upselling: Requires the ability to identify upselling opportunities and integrate them into customer interactions.
- Sales Pitch Flexibility: Should be adaptable and flexible in adjusting sales pitches based on customer responses and needs.
- Inbound Operations: Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Qualification
- Experience required – 2 months to 4 years (International voice processes)
- Qualification – Bachelor’s degree (any)
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong Logical reasoning and interpersonal skills
- Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel)
