Job Description:

Voice Process:

• Speak directly with customers to resolve queries and provide top-notch support.
• Help customers with billing, services, or product-related questions.
• Upsell relevant services to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure every call is a great experience!

Non-Voice Process:

• Assist customers through chat, email, or social media.
• Accurately respond to queries and resolve concerns.
• Keep detailed records of all interactions.
• Ensure quick and clear written communication.

What Were Looking For:

• Good communication skills (spoken for voice, written for non-voice).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
• A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Freshers and experienced candidates all are welcome!
• Note- We don’t hire BSc, Btech, BE and postgraduate freshers. Candidates with these background must have atleast 1 year of experience in the field of customer support.
