Job Description:
Voice Process:
- Speak directly with customers to resolve queries and provide top-notch support.
- Help customers with billing, services, or product-related questions.
- Upsell relevant services to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure every call is a great experience!
Non-Voice Process:
- Assist customers through chat, email, or social media.
- Accurately respond to queries and resolve concerns.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions.
- Ensure quick and clear written communication.
What Were Looking For:
- Good communication skills (spoken for voice, written for non-voice).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Freshers and experienced candidates all are welcome!
- Note- We don’t hire BSc, Btech, BE and postgraduate freshers. Candidates with these background must have atleast 1 year of experience in the field of customer support.
