Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational
workflows. - Support strategic decision-making through data modeling and forecasting.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems and reports.
- Assist in preparing business reviews and presentations for leadership.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance.
- Contribute to automation and digitization initiatives within operations.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, Etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
