Job Description:
- Drive daily operational performance and process adherence at the assigned hub/branch.
- Ensure floor hygiene and timely resolve operational exceptions at the assigned hub/branch.
- Ensure docket quality from weight correctness upload, Drive documents and POD Hygiene
- Coordinate pickup and delivery at branch level.
- Ensure timely connections across inbound and outbound hub operations
- Education: Graduation or Equivalent
- Relevant Experience of 2 to 5 years in B2B Supply Chain Domain (MANDATORY)
- Experience of managing blue collar large teams and delivering high-quality deliverables on time.
- Logistics Operations: Proven experience in managing high-volume operations within the PTL (Part Truck Load), or B2B supply chain industry.
- Hands-on Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a floor/hub operation.
- Process Orientation: Deep understanding of B2B logistics workflows, including inbound/outbound processes, load planning, and network connectivity management.
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing and coordinating third-party vendors for contract labor, Pickup & Delivery, and line-haul movements.
