Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute end-to-end design projects, from ideation to final delivery.
- Create original graphics and visual assets for both small-scale and large-scale initiatives.
- Translate briefs into impactful design solutions and creative concepts.
- Continuously enhance and refine the Flipkart Grocery user experience through thoughtful design.
- Ensure consistency in design language, tone, and brand standards across all assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and central teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Stay updated with design trends, competitor benchmarks, and industry innovations.
- Work closely with copywriters and stakeholders to track design performance and optimize assets.
- Support the creation of design systems and style guides to unify the Flipkart Grocery visual experience.
- Take ownership of landing pages, seasonal stores, homepage revamps, and campaign- based graphics.
