Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Hub Assistant who can efficiently manage daily sorting operations while also handling basic team leader responsibilities. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on with logistics processes and ready to step up as a team coordinator within the hub.

Sorting & Operations:

• Receive, scan, and sort parcels based on pincode and route.
• Ensure accurate tagging, packaging, and placement of shipments.
• Assist in loading/unloading vehicles and organizing shipments for delivery. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Min Graduation required.
• Candidate must have 1 to 4yrs in relevant industry (Logistics, SCM, E-commerce, Operations, etc.)
• Freshers with strong leadership and operational skills may also apply.
