Job Description:

Position No.1: Data Analyst (Operations cum MIS Role)

Roles & Responsibility:

• Investigation and audit of key metrics to ensure compliance and integrity in day to day supply chain operations.
• Sound understanding of supply chain operation and experience with e-commerce is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to connect with * DH and zonal ops teams and drive end to end metrics
• Analytical thinking, problem solving skills, design thinking as an investigating officer.

Position No.2: Executive (Operations cum MIS Role)

Roles & Responsibility:

• Monitor the daily placement of vehicles for our returns linehaul network across all source locations.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on placement data, including success rates, delays, and vendor performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for placement-related inquiries and escalations.
• Communicate effectively with transport vendors, internal teams, and source locations to confirm vehicle requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare and circulate daily and weekly performance reports to management.
• Identify and flag recurring issues in the placement process and contribute to finding solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Excellent Proficiency in English and Hindi communication (both languages mandatory).
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI are required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data tracking and reporting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
