Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of Insurance / Property claims processing
  • Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc.
  • Receive & review special instructions of building material used for house repair work based on standard construction practices & client requirement.
  • Verifying file documentation is included to complete the review process.
  • Responsible to understand and comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution
  • Review repair estimates to ensure estimates are accurate and meet industry guidelines and standards for repair
  • Ensures adjuster photos accurately depict damages associated in the adjuster estimate
  • Upon completion of review either recommends payment or documents findings that need correction, deletion, or additions to the estimate
  • Prepare sketch by looking at the provided property dimensions

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Civil Engineers with excellent knowledge of construction & building materials

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

US Insurance claims processing

  • Excellent English Communication (Both written & verbal)
  • Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
  • Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service
  • Ready to work on stretched working hours
  • Ability to independently work well with internal and external customers
  • Customer service focus
  • Basic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 20 words/minute
  • Well versed with MS Excel.
