Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads using various tools to identify industry stakeholders in the FMCG sector who meet the project requirements and regularly update their status in excel trackers.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up regularly to secure participation of qualified leads in industry discussions/interviews qualitative and quantitative in nature.
• Moderate and transcribe these interviews/discussions which range between 30-45 minutes. These executives /respondents will include Directors, VPs, and Managers across global regions.
• Research and gather basic details from company and industry websites relevant to target categories and products.
• Master and understand product taxonomies, questionnaires, tools, and methodologies for executing the project
• Manage individual interview quotas/weekly targets and ensure all internal and external deadlines are met.
• Maintain project trackers and detailed MIS and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Perform other assigned tasks based on project requirements and client deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree
• Basic understanding of market research methodologies. Ability to interpret quantitative data and summarize qualitative insights
• Prior experience in lead-generation and usage of tools such as LinkedIn Premium, ZoomInfo is preferrable.
• Sales/Outreach Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in sales or call centre profiles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Good attention to detail
• Strong time management: willingness to learn and accept feedback; highly organized.
• Should be analytical and the ability to think independently
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Flexibility to work varied timings as required by project deadlines and global time zones.
