Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into chargeback disputes, including reviewing transaction history, notes, and other relevant data.
- Identify potential fraudulent activities by analyzing patterns and trends in dispute cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes through negotiation or escalation when necessary.
- Develop strong relationships with merchants to understand their needs and provide effective solutions for resolving chargeback issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, policies, and procedures related to credit cards and dispute resolution.
