Job Description:

• Responsible for all recruitment related activities.
• Conducting HR interviews – region
• Addressing HRIC / appointment letter requests received on a daily basis
• Informing respective mentors of the discrepancies and guiding them to cure FTNR.
• Discrepancy resolution with the SM / RSM and Central Ops team.
• Addressing mails and queries of mentors pertaining to recruitment.
• Sending recruitment FTNR – MIS on a daily basis and preparing other various MIS related to HR Operations.
• Support / Co-ordination with SM, in completion of employee joining formalities Pan India.
• Handle Projects basis new initiatives as assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibility:

• Complete Recruitment life cycle management
• Following up with business for HRIC
• Coordination with the Business
• Query/ HRIC Discrepancy resolution
• MIS/ Reports

Mandatory Skill required:
