Job Description:
For Relationship Manager PB Classic:
- Manage and grow the portfolio of Classic / High Net Worth (HNI) clients.
- Cross-sell banking products like CASA, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Demat, Loans, etc.
- Provide financial advice and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure achievement of monthly revenue and balance growth targets.
- Maintain compliance and service quality standards.
For Branch Sales Manager (BSM):
- Drive sales and business growth for the branch through CASA, Insurance, and cross-sell products.
- Manage a team of Sales Officers and ensure branch-level target achievement.
- Monitor daily activities, ensure high-quality customer acquisition, and maintain business hygiene.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams for smooth branch functioning.
- Build a strong customer base through community engagement and local marketing initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven sales and customer-handling experience in retail banking
- Target-oriented with leadership qualities (for BSM role)
