Job Description:
Required Skills:
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience in International voice process (Technical support)
- Should have Excellent communication
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
- Escalate complex problems to second-level support teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with user account setup, access, and other user related tasks.
