Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for various roles across the organization.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, evaluate candidates qualifications, and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding processes and documentation as required.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and metrics regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduation in any field
  • Min 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
  • Hands-on experience using job portals, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of experience working in a consultancy or agency-based recruitment environment.
  • Familiarity with bulk hiring, niche hiring, and various industry domains.
