Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for various roles across the organization.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, evaluate candidates qualifications, and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation as required.
- Maintain recruitment reports and metrics regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in any field
- Min 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
- Hands-on experience using job portals, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience working in a consultancy or agency-based recruitment environment.
