- Resolve customer complaints via Chat/Email/Call.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment
- Undergraduate/Graduate with any 6-months BPO / Voice Call Experience
- Excellent verbal and written Communications skills required in ENGLISH
