Role Details
•Responsible for acquiring new to bank clients & cross sell products to existing clients of the bank. Needs to ensure that the profile of clients acquired for the bank, are as per the bank standards.
Overall Job Description
•Acquiring New To Bank clients by meeting clients & convincing them to open a bank account (CA).
•Ensuring that the profile of such clients are as per the bank standards.
•Checking KYC documents on new client Account opening forms.
•Onboarding of new acquired clients by providing them with required kit (cheque book/ debit card).
• Activating them on mobile banking / Net banking, so that the client can start using his account.
•Business lead generation through marketing activities / tele-calling. Cross-selling products to the previously acquired clients.
• Converting business via the campaign leads provided.
• Ensuring that the client acquired maintain the minimum AMB.
•Increase the no. of sales transactions (Mobile / Net-banking / POS)
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Essential requirement: Graduate (from an AICTE/UGC affiliated
school/university)
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential requirement: Fresher – 6 yrs
