Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

  • Sales executive for Corporate Sales Team
  • Work under the guidance of the RM to deepen the relationship by ensuring the following:
  • Acquisition of new clients to the bank (NTB & Premium NTB A/cs)
  • Ensuring 100% adherence to IP Funding and maintenance of AMB in the opened Accounts
  • Accounts sourcing through self-generated leads.
  • Engagement with customers to increase cross sell and generate leads for various cross-sell product
  • Intensive client coverage to meet the defined scorecard targets
  • Ensure process & compliance adherence at all times
  • Manage individual client requirements / requests / complaints in co-ordination with the RM/Branch.
  • Report issues / concerns (If Any) to the RM / RH / CO for corrective action
  • Ensuring high FTR on the accounts sourced.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate
  • 2+ years in Consumer Banking liabilities acquisition
  • To be completely aware of the processes & products being offered by the Bank and understand competition offering and handle customer objections. To ensure proper customer profiling on each call / customer visit, to identify and understand his/her needs and accordingly recommend cross-sell options.
  • Ability to effectively conduct Marketing Camps/Activities.
  • Well Groomed, Presentable, Adequate Communication Skills, Fast-Mover
    Diligent & result oriented with track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets.
