Qualification: Full-Time Graduation – UG (BCom/BBA); Year of Passing – 2023 and Full-Time Post Graduation – PG (MCom/MBA/ PGDM)- Finance; Year of Passing – 2025. (Both UG & PG are mandatory).
Note:
Post Graduation (MBA/ MCom/ PGDM) and Under Graduation (B.Com/BBA) both are must from Finance background.
Candidate should have all original marksheets and PDC of both UG and PG degree will be permitted.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role Overview:
The Client Support Specialist will provide operational and analytical support for large indirect customers within the portfolio. This role ensures accuracy and efficiency in handling client inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining smooth financial processes. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly utility billing processes to ensure accurate and timely resident statement generation.
Gather and validate billing inputs to maximize revenue recovery for clients.
Review billing outputs, investigate variances, and ensure billing accuracy and consistency.
Partner with clients to finalize utility statements and meet established billing timelines.
Analyze reports and datasets to identify discrepancies and drive resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently move properties through the billing cycle.
Provide timely pre-bill reports and secure client approvals while maintaining quality standards.
Develop and maintain expertise in utility billing and expense management software platforms.
Apply company policies, procedures, and best practices to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
Manage multiple billing processes simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and service-level commitments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting reports, datasets, and billing information.
