What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.
• Provide fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support.
• Create a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting.
• Use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)
• Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Degree Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet mandatory)
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are a strong plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
• Must be ready for 100% WFO, no hybrid option
