Job Description: 

Responsible for executing assigned Consumer Lending operational tasks with defined accuracy, productivity, and compliance standards under supervision.

Key Accountabilities (KRAs):

  • Execute assigned Consumer Lending activities as per SOPs and defined workflows
  • Perform loan processing, data entry, system updates, and check list based validations
  • Review and validate loan documents including Insurance, Appraisal, Flood, and Title as per guidelines
  • Support Payment Operations, Funding, Disbursement, and ACH transactions as assigned
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify processing gaps, missing information, or exceptions and escalate as per protocol
  • Maintain information security, data privacy, and compliance standards
  • Participate in trainings, refreshers, and quality calibrations

Competencies & Skills:

  • Process orientation and attention to detail
  • Basic domain understanding of Consumer Lending and Payments
  • Ability to follow SOPs and quality guidelines
  • Effective written and verbal communication

Experience & Qualification:

  • 1 to3 years of experience in BFSI / Consumer Lending / Payment Operations
  • Graduate in any discipline

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR 3A:

Role Summary:

Acts as a domain expert responsible for process stability, complex case handling, and supporting quality and knowledge management for assigned Consumer Lending and Payment Operations.

Key Accountabilities (KRAs):

  • Serve as SME / Process Specialist for Consumer Lending, Funding, Disbursement, ACH, and document review processes
  • Handle complex transactions, exceptions, and nonstandard cases
  • Perform secondary / quality reviews for Insurance, Appraisal, Flood, and Title documentation
  • Provide floor support and technical guidance to JL2 associates
  • Support defect analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
  • Assist in SOP updates, process changes, and client requirement clarifications
  • Support training delivery, refreshers, and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and risk guidelines

Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong domain expertise and analytical capability
  • Exception management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members
  • Good understanding of compliance and audit expectations

Experience & Qualification:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Consumer Lending / Payment Operations
  • Strong expertise in at least one core subprocess
  • Graduate / Postgraduate
