• Round 1 – Aptitude Assessment (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM)
• Round 2 – Ops Screening Face to Face interview (1:00 PM to 04:00 PM)
• Note – Post 12:00 AM (entry not allowed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability check and order entry.
• Perform various order management functions including order entry and expediting.
• Provided accurate order entry, change order and detailed telephone information while maintaining call center objectives and goals.
• Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
• Plan and pro-actively manage through SAP the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection.
• Provided order management support for sales including order entry and order tracking using SAP.
• Order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability management of orders.
• Extensive intricate knowledge of SAP ERP system, including inventory, sales, and receivables and invoicing modules.
• End to end knowledge on the Export process system from ERP to interfaced systems.
• Extensive knowledge on simple and complex contract under order booking and management.

Preferred Skills:

• Good oral and written Communication skills.
• Target oriented.
• Good Analytical and Reasoning ability
• Client/Customer interactions / negotiation skills.
• Comfortable to make Phone calls to internal teams within client organization or respective stake holders.

Must have skills:

• Preference for agents with experience in customer service, contact center, order to cash / order to shipment
• Prior exposure to multinational firms is preferable
• Knowledge on supply chain management or order management operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
