Job Description:

The Solution Specialist manages issues resolution, change requests, and release management activities in collaboration with the D2P Digital Project team. This role also oversees user access management (creation, update, deactivation, validation matrix maintenance) and creates/updates user materials and conducts training sessions.

Key Activities:

• Manage issues resolution, change requests and release management activities in collaboration with D2P Digital Project.
• Manage user access creation / update / deactivation & validation matrix maintenance.
• Manage user materials creation & update & conduct training sessions when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar solutions-oriented role.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support and training.
• Detail-oriented for user access management and documentation.
• Ability to manage change requests and release processes.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Google Workspace
