Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions.
- Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Manage deployment of Salesforce changes across sandboxes and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, etc.).
- Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Salesforce Connect is a plus.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
