Job Description:
1. Direct Business Sales (DB Sales)
- Identify and approach potential customers in villages and local markets for microfinance loan products.
- Generate new business leads through field visits and local networking.
2. Loan Product Promotion
- Explain the features, benefits, eligibility, and repayment structure of group loans and individual loans to customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and awareness sessions in the local community.
3. Customer Acquisition
- Source new customers and help in forming Joint Liability Groups (JLG) where required.
- Ensure customer onboarding as per bank guidelines.
4. Field Verification Support
- Conduct preliminary verification of customer residence and business before loan processing.
- Ensure documents and customer details are accurate.
5. Application & Documentation
Assist customers in completing loan application forms.
Collect and submit required documents to the branch for processing.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Guide customers on proper loan utilization.
7. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets assigned by the branch.
- Focus on quality customer sourcing and portfolio growth.
8. Field Travel
- Travel regularly within assigned villages/local areas using a two-wheeler for customer meetings and business sourcing.
