Role & responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management & Acquisition: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing NRI customers to increase wallet share.
- Track NRI visits to India and proactively engage for portfolio reviews.
- Acquire new NRI clients through referrals and Family Banking.
- Financial Advisory & Cross-Selling: Provide tailored financial solutions including deposits, remittances, care, mutual funds, and wealth management products.
- Educate clients on regulatory aspects (FEMA guidelines) and market trends.
- Compliance & Service Excellence: Ensure adherence to KYC and FEMA regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and deliver high-quality customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate (Preferred specialization: Finance, Marketing, or International Business)
- Candidate should be good with Malayalam OR Tamil Language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to strategize, negotiate, and build trust-based relationships.
