Job Description:
Role & responsibilities:
- Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for home loans.
- Maximize sales through a DSA/connector/builder channel/LAP and manage effective relationships to ensure strong business.
- Maximize the number of APFs and increase penetration in the approved APF projects.
- Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
- Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Post Graduate fresher & experienced.
- Good communication & convincing skills is a must.
