Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for personal loan EMI reminders and clearance.
• Follow up with customers on pending EMIs, overdue payments, and settlements.
• Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, penalties, and payment modes clearly.
• Build rapport with customers and negotiate for timely EMI payments.
• Update customer interactions and payment status accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment confirmation and resolution.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and collection targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher plus Prior experience in personal loan, credit card, or loan recovery telecalling.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in day shifts / rotational shifts (as applicable).
