Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

• Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for home loans.
• Maximize sales through a DSA/connector/builder channel/LAP and manage effective relationships to ensure strong business.
• Maximize the number of APFs and increase penetration in the approved APF projects.
• Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate in any field with minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Retail housing finance.
• DSA, HL & Builder Experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of loan documentation process.

Please note – The interviews will be conducted in Navi Mumbai. Shortlisted candidates will then be allocated to one of the following locations for work: Goregaon, Thane, Andheri, Belapur.
