• No B.Tech/Engineering background.
• ONLY BCOM/BBA GRADUATES
• Passing year of Graduation should be between 2021-2025
• 2025 Graduates should have their provisional certificate
• Highest qualification should be Graduation
• Not applicable – PG/MBA
• Should be okay with Rotational shift

Role & responsibilities:

• Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills.
• Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel.
• Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and must be able to type with 30WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change.
• Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs.

Job Description:

• Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing solutions within the timelines.
• Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence.
• Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails.
