Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities

• Process and review loan applications and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Use mortgage processing systems to manage workflow and track loan status
• Prepare required reports and documents for management
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Identify process improvements and contribute to best practices

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of the US mortgage process and loan documentation
  (Agency, FHA, VA, Seconds, NonAgency guidelines)
• Knowledge of mortgage compliance and regulatory requirements
• Basic computer and MS Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 process, including night shifts and weekends

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
• Customer service or clientfacing experience
• Knowledge of reporting and data management tools
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Relevant mortgage processing certifications are an added advantage
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
