Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Proactively identify and recommend suitable financial products and services to clients, ensuring they align with their individual circumstances.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Managed and grew client portfolios, monitored performance, and recommended adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss financial strategies, and address any concerns.
- Stay informed about market trends and economic developments to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including investment specialists and wealth advisors, to ensure a holistic approach to client service.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Must have own bike
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
