Job Description:

• As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new credit card customers through direct marketing and on-the-ground engagement. Your activities will include:
• Contacting potential customers via cold calls and following up on existing leads
• Approaching prospects in high-traffic locations such as:
• Shopping Malls
• Supermarkets
• Petrol Pumps
• Open Markets
• Presenting credit card benefits and features in a clear, persuasive manner
• Addressing customer questions and objections
• Closing sales on the spot and achieving daily/monthly targets
• Note : This is a 100% field-based role with a strong focus on sales performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass
• Experience : 6 months – 1 year in open market credit card sales preferred (Freshers with sales interest may also apply)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month (Fixed)
• Incentives : High, performance-based incentives on achieving targets
• Work Locations : Openings across Bangalore, Mysore, and Hubli
