Job Description:
- As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new credit card customers through direct marketing and on-the-ground engagement. Your activities will include:
- Contacting potential customers via cold calls and following up on existing leads
- Approaching prospects in high-traffic locations such as:
- Shopping Malls
- Supermarkets
- Petrol Pumps
- Open Markets
- Presenting credit card benefits and features in a clear, persuasive manner
- Addressing customer questions and objections
- Closing sales on the spot and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Note : This is a 100% field-based role with a strong focus on sales performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass
- Experience : 6 months – 1 year in open market credit card sales preferred (Freshers with sales interest may also apply)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month (Fixed)
- Incentives : High, performance-based incentives on achieving targets
- Work Locations : Openings across Bangalore, Mysore, and Hubli
