Job Description:

• Managing a team of 10-15 Relationship officers
• Responsible for new client acquisition and achieving the team target
• Providing necessary In house & On-field training and guidance to team members.
• Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality of service focus areas being: Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, RO productivity and cross selling of various products
• Building and managing customer relationships and timely resolutions of customer grievances.
• Responsible for Recruitment of Relationship officers
• Efficient Sales management: Higher productivity, low attrition and rejection control
• Cross sell of other financial Products
• Regular Visit to SBI Branches, RBOs and Liaisoning with bank officials.
• Qualification Needed: Graduation / Post Graduation (Relevant Experience of Field, Suitable qualification will be preferred)
• Relevant Experience: 3 5 years Experience in Selling Financial Products
• Age – 24 to 35 years
